Stepper Motor Control/Driver L293D a monolithic integrated, high voltage, high current, 4-channel driver.

Incorporating the following features: push-pull four channel stepper motor driver, 4 drivers, 4.5V to 36V supply voltage, 600mA output current, -40°C to +150°C, 16-DIP case, the device is a monolithic integrated high voltage, high current four channel driver designed to accept standard DTL or TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads (such as relays solenoids, DC and stepping motors) and switching power transistors, overtemperature protection, internal clamp diodes, suitable for use in switching applications at frequencies up to 5kHz.

L293D Accepts DTL/TTL logic levels, will drive inductive loads, DC and stepper DIL-16

motors, switching power transistors.
